The Toolkit is hosted and maintained entirely by NOVA VA on our own infrastructure. You receive full access to use your branded bot(s); source code, backend, and server access remain our property and are not transferred. You're only responsible for your own back-office / user management as agreed at setup.
Work begins once the initial deposit is received, with the remaining balance due on delivery. Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days. No monthly fee applies during this setup period.
A flat monthly fee covers up to 200 users, with a small per-user rate beyond that. Billing is based on each person's unique Telegram ID, so no one is ever counted twice, and the live figure is available to you on request. Fees are due in advance on the 1st of each month and are not prorated for partial months.
Bug fixes (anything that doesn't work as originally delivered) are always free and unlimited. Your first 5 customization requests after delivery are free too. Beyond that, each additional change is billed individually, and we always confirm in writing whether a request is a bug fix or a customization before starting work.
All fees are calculated in Euros and settled via USDT (TRC20) or Solana at the equivalent rate at time of payment. A 2-day grace period applies each month: payments through the 3rd are accepted without issue. If payment still hasn't arrived by the end of the 4th, the system is automatically deactivated, with no further warning given. Reactivation requires settling the outstanding balance and may involve a brief new setup step.
Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the bot(s) are deactivated and no source code or backend access is transferred at any point. No refunds are issued for the setup fee or the current paid month.
